John Waldron
Broker and Owner
John has been a licensed Realtor since 2005 and a licensed real estate broker since 2007. In addition to serving as the broker for Spiros Realty LLC, he currently heads up his solo-practicioner law firm, John F. Waldron, Attorney at Law PLLC. He holds a masters degree and a law degree from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas. In addition to practicing real estate and working as an attorney, he served as the program coordinator for the Real Estate Program at San Antonio College from 2009 to 2012 and as an adjunct faculty member at Our Lady of the Lake University and University of the Incarnate Word. Prior to his career in real estate, he served in the United States Air Force from 1994 to 2003 as a Spanish Linguist working with counternarcotics and anti-terrorism.
Jason Harless
Realtor, Designated Supervisor
Jason has been a licensed Realtor since 2018. He holds memberships with the San Antonio Board of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. He is currently providing real estate services to both residential and commercial buyers and sellers. A lifetime resident of San Antonio, Jason and his two children, Kyle and Heather, call the Southside their home. Although he has only held his license for over three years, he has already closed over $5 million dollars in real estate involving over 50 transactions. In addition, he has closed two large commercial transactions involving improved and unimproved property. His listings and buyers include residential home purchases, land/sale purchases and commercial sales contracts.
Diane Cortez
Realtor
Diane has been a licensed Realtor since 2011. She holds memberships with the San Antonio Board of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. In addition to her work in real estate, she and her family run and active and extremely successful roofing company, Cortez Roofing. She is a graduate of Our Lady of the Lake University. She and her husband Carlos are lifetime residents of San Antonio.
