John has been a licensed Realtor since 2005 and a licensed real estate broker since 2007. In addition to serving as the broker for Spiros Realty LLC, he currently heads up his solo-practicioner law firm, The Law Offices of John F. Waldron PLLC. He holds a masters degree and a law degree from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas. In addition to practicing real estate and working as an attorney, he served as the program coordinator for the Real Estate Program at San Antonio College from 2009 to 2012 and as an adjunct faculty member at Our Lady of the Lake University and University of the Incarnate Word. Prior to his career in real estate, he served in the United States Air Force from 1994 to 2003 as a Spanish Linguist working with counternarcotics and anti-terrorism. On John's spare time, he lends a hand with his wife's adoption agency.
Jason Harless

Jason has been a licensed Realtor since 2018. He holds memberships with the San Antonio Board of Realtors, Texas Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. He is currently providing real estate services to both residential, commercial, and land, for buyers and sellers. A lifetime resident of San Antonio, Jason calls the Southside his home. In his first three years, he had already closed over $5 million dollars in real estate involving over 50 transactions. In addition, he had closed two large commercial transactions involving improved and unimproved property. His listings and buyers include residential home purchases, land/sale purchases and commercial sales contracts. On Jason's spare time, and when he is not swimmong or fishing with his son and daughter, he volunteers through out San Antonio, to lend a helping hand to Cancer Awareness Centers and to help Cancer victims and survivors.
Kathryn Negaard
Realtor
Kathryn has been a licensed Realtor since 2022. She holds memberships with the San Antonio Board of Realtors,Texas Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. In addition to her work in real estate, she is a RN. Kathryn has been doing ECMO (heart/lung bypass) in ICUs for over 26 years She holds a BSN (Bachelor of Science and Nursing) degree from Saginaw Valley State University, and a MSHS (Master of Science and Health Sciences) from Touro University in California. Prior to her journey towards becoming a Realtor, she served in the United States Air Force from 1996 to 2007 as a RN and ranked Capt. On Kathryn's spare time, she tends to her herd of livestock in Stockdale.
